Alina Dunlap is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Politics at Princeton University. Her research focuses on state and local politics with an emphasis on municipal finance, political institutions, and public policy. Before coming to Princeton, she worked as an English Teaching Assistant with the Fulbright Program in Tomsk, Russia. She received her B.A. from Columbia University.
